With family roots in the Tri-Cities dating back to the early 1950’s, I come from a long line of craftsmen that have always put their personal touch on their own homes and homes they’ve built for others. Home improvement and finding “diamonds in the rough” has been a part of my upbringing as a Pasco native, thanks to my parents. I knew early on that having a place to call your own and putting your own personal touch on it turned a house into a home.
Following high school, I earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Washington State University and spent 18 years in education. During this time my hobby was always looking at our local real estate market to find the best value in our area. After purchasing new construction homes, my husband and I wanted to build “sweat equity” in a fixer-upper. After years of renovating an older home, I felt such pride in bringing an old house back to life. This remodeling endeavor ultimately led me to pursue a career that would help enable others to realize the same dream of owning a home that would enhance their lives, just as our house has.
Whether you’re looking for a move-in ready home, a fixer-upper, a starter home, a forever home or somewhere in-between, I know where to find the home that meets your needs and budget.
